Alex Coker - 2016 Livin Lite Quicksilver 10.0
Good Morning, I wanted to talk about my experience with Pathway Auto and RV. I was looking at buying a new popup camper. Before calling Pathway RV, I spoke with several different RV dealers across the nation about a Livin Lite Quicksilver 10.0 camper. Most of the salesmen that I talked to were rude and would not negotiate with me on a price that I could work with. Dave and Matt were very polite and professional. They went above and beyond with a discount for my service as a military veteran. I searched the rvtrader.com website and found a beautiful black new Livin Lite Quicksilver Offroad 10.0 popup camper that Pathway RV had in stock. I called Pathway Auto and RV and spoke with Dave Mills. He was very genuine and sincere. He helped me find a bank that offered me an outstanding 2.5% loan-(with good credit) at the Southeast Financial Credit Union. Dave was always easy to contact and approachable. He helped make the loan approval paperwork easy. My schedule is very hectic and I had to drive 6hours to pick the camper up. Dave and Matt agreed to come in on Sunday-(their day off) to allow me to pick up the camper. Matt went out of his way to give me a very thorough walk through. He was very detailed and wanted to make sure everything was working right for me, he made sure I knew how to operate everything, and that I was happy with the purchase. It made it even more meaningful because Matt had plans with his kids that day. The company definitely believes in taking care of their customers. I would be pulling the camper with my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and my tow package comes with a four prong connection. Matt went out of his way again and built a four prong to seven prong connection for my vehicle because the camper did not have the same electrical connections. There were some issues with my lights not working correctly with the camper. Matt continued to trouble shoot, locate, and fix the problem in order to make sure everything worked correctly. All in all, Dave and Matt spent a few hard hours showing me the camper, closing out the paperwork, fixing problems, and making sure that I would be safe driving the camper 6hours back home all on their day off.
